Modular real estate solution to build high end homes at a fraction of the price. Our factory is located in Tijuana, Mexico and all homes are built to California regulatory code so when they are completed they can be installed immediately on a property in the states. Right now we are building exclusively for California, but plan on expanding to the rest of the US, island countries, and South America.
Academy of Speed (F1)
Currently in development we are producing Formula 1 TV series Academy of Speed, growing up at 200 miles per hour. This fictional drama series is about aspiring F1 drivers who are at a live-in training facility 90 miles outside of London.
Our cast of teens will be an international group of young men and women who find themselves living together, competing against each other, falling in love, falling out of love, always fighting for a seat in an Formula 1 race car.
